• Hangar Use Restrictions: No Retail and/or Commercial Buisness.
• No Flight Schools Allowed.

 AERO COUNTRY EAST ASSOCIATION INFO, FEES & DUES

• All lots are located within the Aero Country East Association (ACEA).
• ACEA dues include annual airport & taxiway access, community pool and community maintenance.
• ACEA dues – Approximately $4,500 to $6,500/yr, see ACEA Budget

•  Phases 2-6 will bring additional lot owners, thus reducing the POA dues for all ACEA lot owners.
• One-Time HOA Fees:
