  • Hangar footprint: 60’ x 60’
  • Hangar sidewall site height: 22’6” (+/- 6”)
  • Hangar site peak: 25’ (+/- 6”)
  • Hangar door opening: 54’ w x 18’ h
  • Single panel hydraulic hangar door, with window kit
  • Four (4) windows: 5’ w x 4’ h
  • Spaced evenly across hangar door
  • Window placed at 7’ h from concrete slab
  • Dual pane
  • E-glass
  • Bronze tint
  • Personnel (man) door: 36” w x 84” h, (3/0 by 7/0)
  • Color of hangar walls & roof: light stone
  • Color of hangar trim, gutters & downspouts: burnished slate
  • Hangars shall include gutters, downspouts & trim around all openings.

  

Construction must start within 12 months of closing on your hangar lot.

All other work will meet or exceed I.B.C. 2021 and city of McKinney standards.

Deviations from standard hangar specifications may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 AERO COUNTRY EAST ASSOCIATION INFO, FEES & DUES


•  All lots are located within the Aero Country East Association (ACEA).

•  Estimated ACEA Certificate Transfer Fee: $800/lot, payable by Buyer to ACEA, at closing.

•  ACEA dues pay for annual airport & taxiway access, community pool and community maintenance.

•  Dues are calculated by the total budget amount, divided by lot owners.

o  Phase 2-6 will bring additional lot owners, thus reducing the POA dues for all ACEA lot owners.

o  Fee is paid by Buyer to ACEA, upon City of McKinney’s issuance of Certificate ofOccupancy (COO)
